About the Role
The HubSpot Specialist role at Insidea is a unique opportunity to lead the setup, customization, and data migration for new clients' HubSpot portals. This involves collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to streamline workflows and ensure effective implementation. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HubSpot platform, including marketing automation, content management, and data segmentation. Insidea operates in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility and autonomy in work arrangements. What You Will Do
- Lead the setup and customization of new HubSpot portals for clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Develop and implement marketing automation strategies using HubSpot's CRM and automation tools to streamline sales and marketing workflows.
- Create and manage landing pages, forms, email campaigns, and calls-to-action to support marketing efforts.
- Analyze and segment lists based on email engagement and website interactions for targeted lead nurturing.
- Configure deal stages and manage sales pipelines within HubSpot to support sales teams.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure effective implementation and foster strong client relationships.
- Conduct tests to continually improve HubSpot processes and conversion rates, analyzing results to optimize lead nurturing workflows.
- Import data into HubSpot CRM and complete data mapping to ensure seamless integration.
- Segment lists based on behavioral data, such as email engagement and website interactions, to support targeted marketing efforts.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize lead nurturing workflows and improve conversion rates.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in using HubSpot's CRM, Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs.
- Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in real-world scenarios.
- Experience with data migration, mapping, and list segmentation, preferably within a HubSpot environment.
- Excellent skills in creating and managing marketing content and campaigns, with a focus on conversion rate optimization.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience as a HubSpot user, with certifications preferred but not required.
- Top-notch organizational skills to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines.
