About the Role
The Human Resources Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering first-line support and day-to-day activities for the HR Team at Enstar Group. This role is an integral part of the HR Shared Services Team and requires a self-directed individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the US team, maintaining accurate and current electronic personnel files and documentation in compliance with applicable legal requirements and company policies.As part of this role, the HR Administrative Coordinator will partner with HR Business Partners and HR Centres of Expertise to support the delivery of HR Target Operating Model. This involves assisting with onboarding, preparing contracts and offer letters, and coordinating new hire orientation activities. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate remotely with colleagues is essential.
The HR Administrative Coordinator will also be responsible for providing first-line support and escalation for HR systems, processing changes to employee records, and preparing employee changes and termination paperwork. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, are required for this role.
What You Will Do
- Provide administrative support to the US team, including maintaining electronic personnel files and documentation
- Partner with HR Business Partners and HR Centres of Expertise to support the delivery of HR Target Operating Model
- Assist with onboarding, including preparing contracts and offer letters, and coordinating new hire orientation activities
- Provide first-line support and escalation for HR systems
- Process changes to employee records, including new joiners, job changes, and leavers
- Prepare employee changes and termination paperwork
- Answer frequently asked questions from employees concerning HR processes
- Support inquiries and requests related to the HR department
- Continuously remain up to date on global HR practices
- Assist with HR projects as necessary, including HR data audits and new policy development
