About the Role

The HR Generalist at CoberonChronos plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's human resources functions. This includes managing the entire recruitment cycle, overseeing people operations, and maintaining compliance with US federal and state labor laws. What You Will Do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Proactively build talent pipelines and source candidates through various channels, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
  • Lead the US new-hire orientation process to ensure a welcoming and informative experience.
  • Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) and electronic personnel records to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Support and administer the company's performance review cycles, goal setting, and continuous feedback processes.
  • Act as a champion of company culture, organizing team events, initiatives, and programs that foster employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage US employee benefits programs, including health, 401k, PTO, etc., and act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Assist in administering compensation plans and ensuring they remain competitive in the market.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of U.S. federal, State, and local employment laws and ensure company policies and HR practices are fully compliant and up to date.

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, People Operations, or HR Business Partner role.
  • A strong focus on full-cycle recruitment and knowledge of US federal and state labor laws.
  • Solid understanding of payroll basics and benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust across all levels of the organization and work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with a remote international headquarters and a global mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
