About the Role

As a Human Resources Generalist Manager at Seasoned Recruitment, you will play a critical role in leading the company's people operations during a period of rapid growth. You will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and employee development. Your expertise in HR will be instrumental in building scalable processes and creating a premier staff experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of California and Arizona state employment laws, as well as experience with HR information systems like Rippling. You will be working closely with leadership to drive business outcomes and provide coaching on performance and policy.

What You Will Do

  • Manage multi-state compliance and own full-cycle payroll in Rippling
  • Maintain audit-ready records and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws
  • Drive full-cycle recruiting from job description creation to onboarding top-tier talent
  • Administer benefits, design engagement programs, and support professional development
  • Serve as the primary HR resource for managers, providing coaching on performance and policy
  • Develop and implement scalable processes to support the company's growth
  • Collaborate with leadership to build a premier staff experience
  • Own the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and employee development
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years as a generalist owning multiple functions
  • Strong working knowledge of California and Arizona state employment laws
  • Experience with HR information systems like Rippling
  • Availability for full-time work within Pacific Time Zone business hours
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) is a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills and discretion with confidential information
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is highly preferred
  • High growth or start-up experience is desirable
