About the Role
The Human Resources Generalist plays a vital role in supporting the organization's HR functions, providing guidance and expertise to managers and employees alike. What You Will Do
- Provide day-to-day coaching to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Offer guidance on leadership style, change management, and career development
- Coach managers on addressing conflicts and developing resolution plans
- Investigate employee complaints and grievances, and develop recovery plans
- Support talent acquisition processes and provide guidance on compensation, equity, and workforce planning
- Partner with managers to identify underperforming employees and develop strategies for improvement
- Support annual performance and talent review processes
- Leverage people analytics and reporting techniques to support business KPIs and HR audits
- Translate HR policies and procedures to meet business needs
- Execute HR processes locally with a standardized approach
- Deliver management and employee training
- Support annual HR processes, such as performance reviews and calibration
- Support the social and psychological well-being of employees
- Partner with immigration attorneys to facilitate visa, green card, and work permit processes
What We Are Looking For
- Business acumen and understanding of HR principles
- Experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with HR software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
