About the Role
The Human Resources Generalist role at The Contractor Consultants is a unique opportunity for a skilled HR professional to manage remote teams and develop their digital skills. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR-related tasks, from recruitment and onboarding to benefits administration and employee relations.The role entails working closely with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. The HR Generalist will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees, managers, and other stakeholders on HR-related matters.

What You Will Do
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
- Administer benefits and compensation programs
- Provide guidance and support to employees, managers, and other stakeholders on HR-related matters
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Analyze HR data and metrics to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Manage the company's compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a remote work environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HR software and systems
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Experience with digital skills, such as HR technology and data analysis
Nice to Have
- Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding
- Knowledge of talent management and development
- Experience with HR project management
- Certification in a related field, such as HRIP or GPHR
