About the Role

What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR initiatives, focusing on employee relations
- Partner with HR and management to provide expert guidance on employee disputes and concerns
- Proactively identify and address employee relations trends to prevent potential issues
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee concerns and conflicts in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of investigations and HR-related documentation
- Foster strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to enhance HR program effectiveness
- Provide guidance on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement training programs for employees
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing, high-velocity warehouse, or sales operations environment
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with HR software and systems
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
