What You Will Do
- Provide expert advice and guidance on compliance, HR, and health & safety matters to clients
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative solutions and products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory developments and industry trends
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance client knowledge and skills
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive service excellence
- Foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness within client organizations
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in a compliance, HR, or health & safety role, preferably in a remote or digital context
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insights
- Experience with digital tools and technologies, including compliance software and platforms
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
