What You Will Do

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on compliance, HR, and health & safety matters to clients
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative solutions and products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory developments and industry trends
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance client knowledge and skills

  • Proven experience in a compliance, HR, or health & safety role, preferably in a remote or digital context
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insights
  • Experience with digital tools and technologies, including compliance software and platforms
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
