About the Role

The IA Engineer position at NEORIS is a strategic role focused on digital transformation projects for financial services clients. As a key member of the team, you will work on developing and implementing AI solutions using the latest technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, and LangGraph. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop RAG architectures that meet the client's needs.

Day-to-day, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption and develop proposals for AI-driven solutions. You will also work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of AI models into existing systems. Given the nature of the work, experience in cloud environments, particularly AWS, is essential for success in this role.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement AI models using LLMs, focusing on natural language processing and generation.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-4 years of experience in AI development, preferably in a related field such as natural language processing or computer vision.
  • Practical experience with LLMs, LangChain, and LangGraph.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in developing and deploying AI models.
  • Experience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
  • Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures.
  • Strong understanding of AI principles and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
