Icertis CLM Specialist

## About the Role The Icertis CLM Specialist role at Labcorp is a pivotal position that involves managing and configuring the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform. This is a technical role that requires a deep understanding of contract lifecycle management principles and the ability to administer and configure the ICI platform effectively. The successful candidate will be part of the IT team and will work closely with the global Legal department to provide ongoing support for contract management processes.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the ICI platform, creating and updating contract types, templates, workflows, and performing issue resolution and troubleshooting. The role also involves working directly with business users to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and implement changes in a lower environment before facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

The position allows for flexibility, with the option to work remotely, although there may be a requirement for occasional on-site work, particularly during the initial phase of employment. This offers the best of both worlds - the flexibility to manage personal and professional life effectively while also having the opportunity to engage with the team face-to-face when necessary.

## What You Will Do - Manage the ICI platform, including creating and updating contract types, templates, workflows, rules, attributes, clauses, and user/security groups.

• Act as the first responder for Severity 1 incidents, driving rapid diagnosis and resolution.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver both short- and long-term remediation plans.
• Work directly with business users to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and implement changes.
• Facilitate UAT for changes made to the ICI platform.
• Promote configuration changes across environments using P2P and follow Labcorp IT release processes.
• Support integrations with Salesforce, DocuSign, Office 365, SSO, and other enterprise platforms.
• Provide strategic guidance for future enhancements and cross-system integrations.
• Develop and maintain documentation of ICI platform configurations, workflows, and best practices.
• Participate in project planning and implementation related to ICI platform enhancements and integrations.

## What We Are Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 2 years or more of hands-on experience managing and configuring Icertis ICI.
• 5 years or more of experience in an IT systems role.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project-management abilities.
• Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and contract lifecycle management principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience working with data migration activities, including extracting metadata and migrating contracts into ICI.

## Nice to Have - Icertis certifications (Practitioner, Technical Professional, or Administrator).

• 1 year or more of experience installing and configuring Salesforce and DocuSign integrations in ICI.
• 1 year or more of experience performing data migration activities, including extracting metadata and migrating contracts into ICI.
• Experience supporting Icertis AI modules, including Vera Analytics, Negotiate AI, and Discover Copilot.
