- Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics
- Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
- Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model outputs
- Apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs in special education and IEP
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance AI model performance
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the AI research labs' requirements and goals
- Collaborate with the mercor team to ensure that the feedback provided is consistent and of high quality

What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in special education and IEP
- Native or professional fluency in English
- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides

- Ability to work independently and asynchronously in a remote setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
