## About the Role The IFS Training and Application Analyst EMEA role at Henry Schein is a critical position that involves creating and administering training materials for the company's global IFS Cloud platform. This role is ideal for detail-oriented and proactive professionals who are passionate about digital skills and remote work. As part of the team, you will be responsible for navigating IFS Cloud workflows to create, update, and publish training materials in multiple formats using the cloud-based training application ClickLearn.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that supports the continuous development and expansion of the IFS Cloud system. This includes general administration of the ClickLearn system, supporting other creators and users, and contributing to the development of workflows, eForms, quick reports, and custom fields.

## What You Will Do - Create manuals, process documentation, and training materials using ClickLearn - Support the development and delivery of role-specific training materials for end users - Provide ongoing support and coaching to users - Act as a change agent to promote system adoption and engagement - Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage configuration-related test cycles - Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Service Management modules - Support the development of dashboards, reports, and KPIs using SQL queries and Power BI - Analyse large data sets for quality and accuracy to support data migration from older systems - Perform basic data analysis to identify usage patterns and feedback to identify training or configuration gaps - Optimize workflows, business rules, SLAs, and field technician processes - Translate business requirements into functional system configurations in collaboration with IT and business teams - Create and maintain basic system data - Participate in platform upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IFS support and external partners as needed

## What We Are Looking For - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field - Experience using ClickLearn to create, update, and distribute learning and guidance materials in multiple formats - Maintenance and administration experience of ClickLearn materials and users - Familiarity with supporting the configuration and development of process flows in core business systems, ideally IFS Cloud - Understanding of field service workflows, dispatching, and mobile operations - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Power BI or other reporting tools - Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills - Proficient in written and spoken English

## Nice to Have - IFS Cloud certification or equivalent credentials - Experience with data structures and data relationships - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company
