About the Role

The iLottery Operations Manager is a key position within the iLottery Account team, responsible for the daily operations, game releases, testing, and issue management for the iLottery program. This role acts as a subject matter expert for all systems and technical aspects of the iLottery platform—both frontend and backend—and ensures the integrity, stability, and success of all operational activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and excels in cross-functional collaboration and technical problem-solving.

As an iLottery Operations Manager at Scientific Games, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Product, Account Management, Compliance, Content Operations, Lottery, and game studios. Your primary focus will be on managing the technical operations of the iLottery program, coordinating software releases, and providing incident support.

What You Will Do

  • Assist with conducting day-to-day technical operations for the iLottery program
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for all systems and technical aspects of the iLottery program
  • Maintain the integrity of the entire iLottery platform through routine reviews of Test and Production environments
  • Provide operational status updates for internal and customer stakeholders
  • Interact and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Own the management of all software releases or updates through to launch
  • Manage the game launch schedule and progress games through various stages
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to launch games on time
  • Triage and manage issues, including troubleshooting, logging, tracking, testing, and status reporting
  • Collaborate with customers during the User Acceptance Testing phase
  • Participate in testing of iLottery promotions and new eInstant game content

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong technical operations background, with experience in iLottery or similar industries
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues
  • Experience with project coordination and software release management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel and other technical tools
