About the Role
The Imaging Research and Development Associate plays a critical role in supporting clinical trials with medical and scientific expertise. This position is essential in ensuring the success of central image management solutions and providing high-quality support to internal and external project teams. As a key member of the team, the Imaging Research and Development Associate will collaborate with cross-functional departments to evaluate and implement new imaging technologies and processes. The role entails working closely with the Clinical Project Management, Data Management, and Medical Leadership teams to provide medical, scientific, and operational advice and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical trials, medical imaging, and research and development processes. The Imaging Research and Development Associate will be part of a global team, working remotely with colleagues and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. This requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.What You Will Do
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external project teams for medical and scientific issues related to central reading
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on document development, central reader training, and quality monitoring
- Assist in analyzing image services and product offerings for CIMS clinical trials
- Support the department and company in achieving objectives and strategic goals
- Participate in internal and Sponsor meetings as required
- Lead the development of project-specific Image Review Charter(s) and Central Reader Variability Monitoring documentation
- Participate in the development of CIMS project-specific documents, such as Work Instructions, process flows, and Instruction Manuals
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of site training materials related to imaging standards and scoring indices
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to evaluate and implement new imaging technologies and processes
- Participate in project and non-project-specific central reader quality monitoring activities and trainings

- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Health/Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or Medical Imaging
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
