About the Role
The Impact Strategy & Operations role at Elevenlabs is a highly autonomous and execution-heavy position, focused on building and scaling high-impact, real-world deployments of AI solutions across various industries. As a key member of the Impact team, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, engineering, and external partners, to drive meaningful outcomes and repeatable systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve identifying opportunities, moving quickly, and building the systems needed to scale impact globally.The Impact team is responsible for driving the company's mission to transform how we interact with technology, and this role plays a critical part in achieving that goal. You will be working with a talented team of researchers, engineers, and operators who are passionate about creating lasting positive impact. With a strong focus on AI-first approach, you will have the opportunity to leverage AI tools to move faster and improve results.
Elevenlabs has recently expanded its offerings to include three main platforms: ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI. As an Impact Strategy & Operations expert, you will have the opportunity to work across these platforms and drive strategic partnerships that can help scale the company's impact.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive partnerships and deployments of Elevenlabs' AI solutions
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners, product teams, and engineering teams
- Design and implement processes to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems and infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development of new products and features
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Conduct data analysis and metrics reporting to measure the success of partnerships and deployments
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with partnerships and deployments
- Develop and implement strategies to drive adoption and long-term success of AI solutions
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in scaling partnerships, deployments, or strategic programs within a technology company
- Strong operator with a track record of driving real-world outcomes and results
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and external stakeholders
- Systems thinker with experience building processes that make programs repeatable and scalable
- AI-native with experience using AI tools to move faster and improve results
- Strong partnership instincts with experience building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal bureaucracy
Nice to Have
- Experience working with GTM teams and driving go-to-market strategies
- Familiarity with Excel and other data analysis tools
- Experience working with AI solutions and platforms
- Knowledge of the healthcare, education, or culture industries
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
