About the Role

What You Will Do
- Analyze business processes and client needs to provide customized solutions
- Implement software applications and configure them to meet client requirements
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for users
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance to clients
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Participate in the development of new products and services
What We Are Looking For
- HBO work and denk niveau (or equivalent)
- 3-5 years of experience in software implementation or consultancy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure, or interfaces is a plus
- Proficiency in Dutch and English languages
- A driver's license
Nice to Have
- Experience with cybersecurity and compliance
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
- Certification in a relevant field (e.g., CompTIA Security+)
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
