About the Role
As an Implementation Consultant at Anthology, you will act as a subject matter expert, overseeing the implementation and training lifecycle for Anthology's student information system (SIS).Responsibilities
- Analyze customer business processes to configure the SIS accordingly.
- Conduct end-user training and lead user acceptance testing.
- Validate migrated data and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Provide post-go-live support and optimize client services.
- Collaborate with other teams to strategize integration needs.
Requirements
- Proficient in Excel.
