Job Description

About the Role

As an Implementation Consultant at Anthology, you will act as a subject matter expert, overseeing the implementation and training lifecycle for Anthology's student information system (SIS).

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer business processes to configure the SIS accordingly.
  • Conduct end-user training and lead user acceptance testing.
  • Validate migrated data and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Provide post-go-live support and optimize client services.
