About the Role

As an Implementation Consultant at Cherry Bekaert, you will play a critical role in driving the success of the company's retail and POS practice. Your expertise in digital solutions will be instrumental in helping clients prepare and develop high-level solutions to meet their business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to elicit retail and POS-related requirements, analyze business needs, and develop tailored solutions that drive growth and efficiency.

What You Will Do

  • Apply retail and POS expertise to assist in the identification, sales, and delivery of retail and POS solutions
  • Elicit retail and POS-related requirements from stakeholders
  • Analyze prospect and client retail and POS business requirements
  • Prepare and develop high-level solutions to meet business requirements
  • Translate solution components into functional requirements, tasks, activities, and conditions of satisfaction
  • Configure retail and POS system setup based upon business requirements
  • Make recommendations for future retail and POS enhancements to meet changing retail and POS industry and specific business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the retail and POS sector

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience working with clients to prepare and develop high-level solutions to meet their business requirements
  • Deep experience with Dynamics NAV, with experience with LS Retail and LS One being a plus
  • Hands-on experience with implementations, including solution development, testing, and deployment
  • Strong understanding of retail and POS solutions, including industry trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with cloud-based solutions, including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Certification in retail and POS solutions, such as LS Retail or Dynamics NAV
  • Experience working in a consulting environment, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions to clients
