Implementation Consultant

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be working under the direction of a project lead and will be responsible for leading or participating in functionality delivery sessions with clients. You will also participate in project walkthroughs, business requirements gathering, design walkthroughs, and implementation sessions as required. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will be essential in identifying and resolving potential issues and ensuring successful go-lives.

## What You Will Do - Configure systems from end-to-end to meet client needs - Troubleshoot errors and perform quality assurance testing as required - Lead or participate in functionality delivery sessions with clients - Participate in project walkthroughs, business requirements gathering, design walkthroughs, and implementation sessions - Flag and report potential problematic or out-of-scope requests from clients - Conduct technical investigations of client issues and perform detailed initial troubleshooting - Assist with performing integrated system testing when new features are applied to a client system - Assist the Support desk as needed to solve complex system tickets - Enable successful go-lives by acting as the first line of QA before UAT with a client and final implementation - Collaborate with the Development team to resolve technical issues - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in digital solutions

## What We Are Looking For - A Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML, and JSON - Experience with SQL is a definite asset - Experience with application configuration within a CMS or similar environment - Basic knowledge of ‘Software as a Service’ Solutions (SAAS) and experience of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) - Ability to grasp concepts quickly with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Clear, concise, and effective communication skills - Exceptional time management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working with remote teams and collaborating across different time zones

## Nice to Have - Experience working with nonprofit organizations or community foundations - Knowledge of grant management and process automation - Experience with data collaboration and impact management - Certification in a relevant field, such as ITIL or Agile - Experience with project management tools and methodologies
