About the Role

The Implementation Partner role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless onboarding of new clients to the SevenRooms platform. As part of the In-Store Customer Success Team, a global and collaborative group of professionals, you will work directly with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored strategies for platform adoption. This role is critical in driving long-term client success and satisfaction, requiring a deep understanding of the platform and its capabilities, as well as the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

Day-to-day, you will be managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring each is on schedule and aligned with client goals. Your work will involve a high degree of autonomy, with the expectation that you will collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition for clients. Given the nature of the role, the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and to manage multiple priorities without compromising on quality is essential.

What You Will Do

  • Lead client onboarding processes from project kick-off through to launch, ensuring timely and effective adoption of the SevenRooms platform.
  • Develop and implement onboarding strategies tailored to the specific needs of each client, leveraging your understanding of their current challenges and future goals.
  • Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Work closely with venue stakeholders to understand their objectives and configure the SevenRooms platform to meet their needs, providing training and support as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless handoff and to drive product adoption, participating in joint strategy sessions as needed.
  • Guide clients through the platform, helping them learn and apply tools based on their unique business objectives, and providing ongoing support to address any queries or issues.
  • Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and to inform product development, making recommendations for enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of client onboarding processes and strategies, contributing to the knowledge base of best practices within the team.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest platform features and industry trends, enhancing your skills and expertise.

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a preference for experience in SaaS or hospitality technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person.
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing projects and keeping them on track, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
