About the Role
The Implementation Project Manager at Intellum, Inc. plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient and effective SaaS implementations. As a member of the Technical Project Management team, this position requires strong project management capabilities, platform expertise, and the ability to collaborate with internal and customer teams. The role involves guiding customers through complex technical decision-making and ensuring alignment between technical requirements and business goals.Day-to-day, the Implementation Project Manager will lead multiple implementation projects simultaneously, from kickoff to delivery. This involves managing end-to-end technical projects, driving quality project delivery, and ensuring long-term customer health. The role reports to the Director of Technical Project Management and involves close partnership with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Support, and Education.

What You Will Do
- Lead multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget
- Manage end-to-end technical projects requiring cross-functional alignment and execution for new and existing customers
- Drive quality project delivery and long-term customer health by establishing clear project plans, tracking progress, and identifying and mitigating risk
- Coordinate internal and client-facing resources, aligning project delivery with customers' desired business outcomes and Intellum's company targets
- Demonstrate strong platform knowledge and guide clients through technical decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clients are positioned for long-term adoption and success
- Identify and resolve technical issues, providing clear guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct post-project debriefs to ensure continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
