About the Role
The Implementation Specialist role at LaunchBrightly is a critical part of the company's mission to automate customer support processes. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and building automation recipes at scale, ensuring that customer help centers stay visually accurate and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and process optimization, with experience in managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.The role entails working closely with the founding team, who have a track record of success in building and exiting startups. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be part of a 10-person team consisting of makers and sellers with diverse backgrounds and skill sets. The team is composed of experienced engineers, product managers, and implementation specialists who are passionate about building innovative solutions for customer support automation.
What You Will Do
- Design and build automation recipes at scale using the internal Screenshot Recipe Builder
- Collaborate with the product design and product quality teams to build an experience that works at scale today and evolves toward a future where non-technical users can self-serve with ease
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to inform automation recipe design
- Work closely with the founding team to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with company goals
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with innovative solutions for customer support automation
- Create and maintain written documentation of automation recipes and processes
- Troubleshoot issues with automation recipes and collaborate with the engineering team to resolve them
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in automation, process optimization, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components
- Experience with Excel and other spreadsheet software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Experience with customer support automation or a related field is a plus
- Certification in automation or process optimization is desirable
Nice to Have
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and process automation
