About the Role
The Implementation Specialist at Trimble will play a critical role in driving the adoption of the company's construction technology solutions, particularly the Tekla PowerFab software. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, training skills, and customer-facing experience. As a key member of the implementation team, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure the software to meet those needs, and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption.The construction industry is undergoing a significant transformation, driven by advances in technology and changing market demands. What You Will Do
- Lead the implementation of Tekla PowerFab software for clients, including configuration, training, and support
- Conduct needs assessments to identify client requirements and develop customized implementation plans
- Develop and deliver training programs, both remotely and in-person, to ensure successful adoption of the software
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them
- Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and input on future software releases
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and training materials
- Provide ongoing support to clients, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and upselling
- Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure successful adoption and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in software implementation, training, and support, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in construction technology software such as Tekla PowerFab
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Experience with project management principles and practices, including Agile methodologies
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs
Nice to Have
- Experience with other construction technology software, such as BIM or ERP systems
- Certification in a related field, such as construction management or software implementation
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the ability to develop and maintain dashboards and reports
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, such as those related to construction safety or environmental sustainability
- Experience with customer success platforms, including the ability to develop and implement customer success strategies
