As a member of the Compensation Committee of the Board, the Independent Board Director will play a crucial role in designing high-quality executive compensation frameworks, leadership evaluation processes, and performance-driven incentive systems aligned with long-term company success. What You Will Do

• Participate in quarterly board meetings to guide executive compensation and talent governance strategies.
• Serve as a member of the Compensation Committee to ensure alignment with performance and long-term value creation.
• Provide independent perspective on executive compensation and incentives to drive high-performance leadership.
• Help ensure compensation structures are aligned with performance and long-term value creation.
• Provide guidance on leadership evaluation and succession planning for senior leadership.
• Contribute to maintaining strong governance standards across the organization.
• Collaborate with the board to strengthen governance capabilities, particularly in executive leadership evaluation, compensation structures, and performance-driven incentive systems.
• Support the development of long-term incentive plans and equity incentive systems for high-growth technology companies.
• Engage in CEO and executive performance assessment to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Participate in discussions on board governance best practices to ensure Appodeal remains a leader in its industry.
