About the Role

The Manta Support Specialist role at Boostability is a part-time, remote opportunity for a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer support to clients. As a Manta Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for paid listings customers, helping them maximize the value of their services and providing guidance to unpaid users navigating the business directory. You will be working independently, managing your time effectively, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the support system.

The role requires a high level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation, as you will be working remotely and managing your own schedule. You will be expected to deliver clear, professional communication that reflects Boostability's brand values and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, either in-person or over the phone, and be fluent in English with strong writing and grammar skills.

What You Will Do

  • Provide email and phone support to paid listings customers, helping them manage, update, and optimize their profiles
  • Offer basic support to unpaid directory users, including login help, listing claims, and visibility questions
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate teams
  • Deliver clear, professional communication that reflects Boostability's brand values
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the support system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with Boostability's products and services to provide informed support
  • Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluent in English (C1/C2 level proficiency) with strong writing and grammar skills
