About the Role
As an Independent PMHNP, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through Seasoned Recruitment's telehealth platform. This role offers the unique opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, prioritizing clinical excellence and patient outcomes. You will have the autonomy to manage your practice, with the support of Seasoned Recruitment's infrastructure, including a secure EMR system, patient marketing, and billing support.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing care and support. You will work closely with patients to understand their unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Your expertise in mental health nursing will be essential in providing high-quality care and ensuring the best possible outcomes for your patients.

What You Will Do
- Provide high-quality patient care through telehealth services
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with patients to understand their unique needs and develop effective treatment strategies
- Utilize Excel to manage patient data and track outcomes
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and therapy
- Provide ongoing care and support to patients, including follow-up appointments and medication management
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mental health nursing and telehealth services
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
What We Are Looking For
- Board certification as a PMHNP
- Strong clinical skills and experience in mental health nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
