About the Role

The India Head of Finance & Accounting (F&A) operations will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end financial operations, including OTC, PTP, and RTR, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end F&A operations, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing continuous improvement initiatives across finance functions.
  • Spearhead transformation programs, including process re-engineering, automation, and digital adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale financial operations and transformation initiatives.
  • Expertise in Excel and process re-engineering.
