What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with sales teams to align Braze's value proposition with industry-specific marketing objectives and business outcomes
  • Create programs that highlight the relevance of Braze for these industries, including white papers, case studies, webinars, and thought leadership
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop client-facing materials that effectively communicate the value of Braze's platform and industry solutions
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to generate and distribute deep insights that matter to target customers
  • Serve as Braze's expert on the media, entertainment, gaming, and sports industries, offering insights and expertise to internal teams and clients
  • Train sales teams and facilitate the ongoing exchange of knowledge and best practices
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from sales, clients, and agencies to inform content, research, and product development
  • Develop frameworks and standards that drive consistency, efficiency, and quality in all industry storytelling and enablement
