About the Role
The Knowledge Specialist Intern role at InEvent is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to join a fast-paced and innovative team. As a remote event tech company, InEvent provides intelligent solutions for hospitality and marketing within large enterprises. The Graduate Take-off Program aims to provide candidates with practical training and skill development opportunities, allowing them to identify potential areas of strength and establish a professional foothold.The program is designed to run for 40 hours per week over the course of a year, providing hands-on experience and skills that are in demand in the job market. The successful candidate will be part of a global team, working closely with top professionals to contribute to the overall goal of the company.

What You Will Do
- Organize and manage issue reports
- Communicate with customers via chat and emails regarding technical matters
- Maintain open communication with the Product team to keep up with the resolution process
- Support the Customer Success team with queries and issues
- Constantly learn about the InEvent platform updates to ensure technical support coherence
- Develop and maintain documentation for internal and external use
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent English language skills
- Intermediate Google Sheets knowledge
- Experience in a tech company or startup
- Experience in customer support or success
- Knowledge of API integrations
- Graduation in Computer Engineering
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and balance working for 40 hours per week without interruptions
- Resilient with a positive can-do attitude
