About the Role
The InEvent Graduate Take-off Program is a one-year internship designed for recent graduates eager to dive into the tech industry. This program aims to provide participants with hands-on experience and skill development opportunities, focusing on areas that are in high demand in the job market. As a Knowledge Specialist Intern, you will be working closely with the team to ensure technical support coherence and contribute to the overall goal of the company. What You Will Do
- Organize and manage issue reports in a thorough and efficient manner.
- Communicate with customers via chat and emails regarding technical matters, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Maintain open communication with the Product team to stay updated on the resolution process and provide necessary feedback.
- Support the Customer Success team with queries and issues, contributing to the overall customer satisfaction.
- Constantly learn about the InEvent platform updates to ensure technical support coherence and effectiveness.
- Assist in the development of training materials and documentation to enhance team knowledge and customer support.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the efficiency of technical support operations.
- Participate in bug report analysis and contribute to the resolution process, ensuring that customer issues are addressed promptly.
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Ability to multitask and balance work for 40 hours a week without interruptions, demonstrating strong time management skills.
- Resilience and a positive can-do attitude, with a strong passion for learning and growth.
