Job Description

About the Role

Ramp is seeking an experienced Influencer Manager to own and scale its influencer marketing program, a high-ROI growth channel driving efficient and scalable SQL impact. This role will partner closely with Performance Marketing and support cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Brand, and GTM.

Responsibilities

  • Own Ramp’s influencer program end-to-end, from strategy through execution and optimization
  • Partner with Performance, Data, Finance, and Brand to scope goals, budgets, and timelines for influencer campaigns
  • Source, evaluate, and build shortlists of creators aligned to audience, product, and channel goals
  • Lead outreach, briefing, contracting, and negotiation with influencers
  • Review and guide creative to ensure strong messaging, performance signal, and brand alignment

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or performance creative roles
  • Direct experience running paid influencer campaigns tied to performance or revenue outcomes
  • Strong creator taste and judgment beyond follower count
