## About the Role The Influencer Marketing Account Lead role at Later is a critical position that requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, client management, and team leadership. As a senior client partner and internal leader, you will oversee the success of key accounts, shaping integrated strategies, leading cross-functional execution, and ensuring every campaign delivers measurable business impact. You will serve as a trusted advisor to brands, guiding them through the complexities of influencer marketing and helping them achieve their marketing objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including the latest trends, platforms, and technologies. You will be responsible for driving strategic client partnerships and delivering best-in-class influencer marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.

## What You Will Do - Lead the development of influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives and deliver measurable ROI - Build and nurture senior client relationships, positioning Later as a trusted strategic advisor - Facilitate strategic business reviews and campaign reporting that translate performance into actionable next steps - Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within accounts, partnering with Sales and Strategy to grow revenue - Contribute to RFPs and new business pitches by bringing client insights and proven campaign expertise - Oversee execution of multiple influencer campaigns from kickoff to wrap, ensuring quality, compliance, and measurable impact - Guide Account Managers in managing day-to-day client communications and executional tasks - Own campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are on track and aligned with client commitments - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Later's platform and its capabilities, staying up-to-date on the latest features and tools - Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Strategy, and Product, to drive business growth and improve client outcomes

## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, account management, or a related field - Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic client partnerships and campaign execution - Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including the latest trends, platforms, and technologies - Excellent client management and communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture senior client relationships - Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex marketing campaigns - Experience with campaign budgeting, timelines, and deliverables, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients - Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience using tools like Excel to analyze and interpret campaign data
