About the Role
The Influencer Marketing Coordinator position at Newhouse is a unique opportunity to work with a select portfolio of clients who are household names. This role entails developing engaging influencer campaigns, discovering and onboarding creators, and managing daily communications with them. As part of the strategy team, you will ideate and develop campaigns that meet brand standards and objectives. Your keen attention to detail and superior communication skills will be essential in negotiating contracts, managing campaign budgets, and ensuring that creator content aligns with brand goals.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role are fast-paced and dynamic, requiring the ability to stay up-to-date on social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly. You will work closely with the strategy team to craft detailed creator briefs and oversee the execution of these briefs. Your exceptional communication skills will serve as the backbone of your success, facilitating seamless interactions with creators, their representatives, and internal teams.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that meet brand objectives and KPIs.
- Research and generate thoughtful target lists of influencers based on campaign requirements.
- Craft detailed creator briefs that align with campaign goals and creative objectives.
- Negotiate and execute contracts with influencers, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
- Onboard and manage creators throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for creators and their representatives, maintaining daily communication.
- Monitor and ensure that creator content meets brand standards and objectives.
- Stay abreast of social media and creator trends, applying insights to campaign strategies.
- Assist in managing campaign budgets to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Attend in-person creator events as required.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in influencer marketing or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and apply insights to campaign strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and presentation software such as Google Slides.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate campaign goals and objectives clearly.
- Experience with contract negotiation and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.
- Knowledge of the entertainment, automotive, or DTC industries.
- Certification in marketing or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish, given the role's location in Ciudad de México.
