About the Role
The Influencer Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in executing creator programs that drive brand awareness across Dropbox's product portfolio. This position requires a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, as well as the ability to think creatively and strategically. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning campaigns end-to-end, from sourcing creators to measuring impact, and will work closely with various teams including Brand, Social, Comms, Events, Integrated Marketing, and Paid Media.As a key member of the Brand Marketing team, the Influencer Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Partnerships and Influencer. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact creator partnerships that support product launches and integrated brand activations, and to drive the creation of engaging, shareable content across multiple platforms.

What You Will Do
- Execute and evolve Dropbox's influencer marketing strategy to drive top-of-funnel brand awareness and engagement
- Help position Dropbox within relevant cultural conversations through thoughtful, high-impact creator partnerships
- Drive the creation of engaging, shareable content across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms
- Own end-to-end campaign execution including planning, timelines, budgets, briefs, and deliverables
- Build and scale an always-on creator and UGC program to support ongoing brand storytelling
- Partner with agencies to source and evaluate creators using both data and strong brand judgment
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the creator landscape, including emerging trends and talent
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact of influencer marketing efforts
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including social media platforms and influencer marketing trends
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with data analysis and campaign measurement, including the ability to provide actionable insights
- Strong creative vision and attention to detail, with the ability to think strategically and outside the box
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with budget management and campaign execution
- Strong brand judgment and ability to make strategic decisions
