What You Will Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive online strategy that showcases the company's brand and values
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos
- Manage social media accounts, including Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers, bloggers, and industry leaders
- Monitor and analyze online metrics, including engagement rates, website traffic, and social media analytics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and algorithms, and apply this knowledge to optimize online activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all online activities are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Develop and manage online campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate content for the company's website and social media channels
- Engage with online communities, including responding to comments and messages
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or beauty industry
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape, including social media platforms, online trends, and algorithms
- Excellent content creation skills, including writing, photography, and video production
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to monitor and analyze online metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, including the ability to proofread and edit content
