About the Role
As an Influencer Talent Manager at Grail Talent, you will be responsible for managing the careers of social media influencers, helping them grow their audience and monetize their content. What You Will Do
- Manage and scale influencer portfolios, helping talent grow their platform presence and secure brand deals
- Scout and sign new creators, focusing on emerging and established influencers
- Foster brand relationships, building and nurturing strong partnerships with brands and agencies
- Develop content strategies for clients, using in-house software and your own expertise
- Negotiate deals with brands and record labels, securing top talent for campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape the overall strategy and expand Grail's talent roster
- Work autonomously, driving your own agenda and managing your own schedule
- Analyze campaign performance, using detailed analytics to measure impact and inform future strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, identifying emerging opportunities and securing brand deals
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers, brands, and record labels
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in talent management, social media influencer marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with brands and influencers
- Ability to work autonomously, driving your own agenda and managing your own schedule
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and inform future strategies
- Experience with social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, with a deep understanding of emerging trends and opportunities
