Job Description
About the Role
The Information Security Analyst role at Evio is a critical position that plays a key part in protecting the company's systems, data, and infrastructure. As a proactive and detail-oriented individual, you will work to strengthen and mature Evio's security program, enabling secure and efficient business operations. You will be part of a cross-functional team, working closely with IT, Legal, Compliance, and business teams to ensure the highest level of security and compliance.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies and systems, including AWS, O365, HRIS, SaaS platforms, and databases. You will be responsible for managing user and privileged access, running monitoring and response activities, and coordinating recurring program work driven by Evio's Cybersecurity Calendar.
What You Will Do
- Manage user access and lifecycle across various systems, including provisioning and deprovisioning
- Implement and maintain least-privilege RBAC, access control matrices, and entitlement catalogs
- Administer identity and access systems, including IdP/SSO integrations and SCIM provisioning
- Enforce privileged access management, multi-factor authentication, separation of duties, and key/secret rotation
- Conduct recurring access reviews across systems
- Monitor, triage, and investigate security alerts
- Support incident response activities
- Perform audits and risk assessments
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure security and compliance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in information security, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy environment
- Strong knowledge of security controls, access management, and compliance
- Experience with AWS, O365, HRIS, SaaS platforms, and databases
- Familiarity with IdP/SSO integrations, SCIM provisioning, and privileged access management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems
- Knowledge of cloud security and compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies
- Certification in information security, such as CISSP or CISM
