About the Role

As an Infrastructure & Capital Projects Procurement Specialist at Accenture, you will play a critical role in managing the procurement process for large-scale infrastructure projects. What You Will Do

  • Purchase machinery, equipment, tools, and services necessary for project execution
  • Review and optimize supplier performance based on price, quality, selection, service, and support
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives
  • Approve purchase orders, solicit bid proposals, and review requisitions for goods and services
  • Instruct staff on methods of negotiation, renegotiation, and administration of contracts
  • Confer with staff, users, and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services
  • Evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations to drive business outcomes

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related business field
  • 2+ years of finance-related experience
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze financial reports, price proposals, and other technical data
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to purchasing
  • Knowledge of supply chain management
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel
