What You Will Do

• Provide market sector leadership for Accenture's energy compliance consulting practice
• Develop and deliver large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Manage high-performing teams, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
• Develop and implement programmatic initiatives to drive business growth and improvement
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet their evolving needs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and expertise
• Participate in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and developing proposals to secure new business
