Infrastructure Engineer (Data & Automations)

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and deployment systems. They will be responsible for collaborating closely with the Infrastructure team to bridge platform needs with infra capabilities, as well as partnering with Growth, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure they have the data and tooling they need.

What You Will Do

• Own the infrastructure underpinning the Data and Automations teams
• Set up internal services, including building and maintaining ETLs
• Connect systems with one another to ensure seamless data flow
• Collaborate closely with the Infrastructure team to bridge platform needs with infra capabilities
• Partner with Growth, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure they have the data and tooling they need
• Take end-to-end ownership of platform reliability and security
• Focus on improving security across internal systems
• Develop and maintain documentation for internal services and systems
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support for internal systems

What We Are Looking For

• Strong background in infrastructure engineering
• Software engineering fundamentals, with the ability to write production-quality Python
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and deployment systems
• Strong understanding of security principles and practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies
• Familiarity with Elevenlabs' platforms, including ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins and Docker
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus and Grafana
