About the Role
Workos is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join its team. The Infrastructure team powers the core systems behind the WorkOS platform, handling millions of requests and operating at scale.Responsibilities
- Work across the stack to build and maintain foundational systems
- Partner with product engineering teams to design scalable and reliable systems
- Ensure systems are fast, reliable, and always on for customers
Requirements
- Generalist mindset, comfortable working across infrastructure layers
- Strong understanding of architecture and infrastructure design
- Experience with observability, reliability, and performance

- Experience working with AI and large-scale enterprise solutions
- Strong desire to understand how systems work end-to-end
