Infrastructure Security Engineer

## About the Role As an Infrastructure Security Engineer at Elevenlabs, you will play a critical role in designing and building the security tools and guardrails that enable the company's engineering teams to ship and operate cloud infrastructure securely at high velocity. You will work closely with the Security team to identify, prioritize, and remediate security vulnerabilities, and partner with Engineering and Infrastructure teams to review application architectures and develop threat models. Your expertise will help ensure the security and integrity of Elevenlabs' systems, and your contributions will have a direct impact on the company's ability to deliver innovative AI-powered products.

## What You Will Do - Design and build security tools and guardrails that integrate directly into Elevenlabs' infrastructure and products - Partner with Engineering and Infrastructure teams to review application architectures and develop threat models - Identify, prioritize, and remediate security vulnerabilities, working directly with engineers and contributing to fixes where required - Ship new security features that directly improve the security posture of Elevenlabs' products in production - Design and implement supply chain security controls across build and deployment pipelines - Collaborate with the Security team to develop and maintain security policies and procedures - Participate in incident response and remediation activities - Conduct security audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement - Develop and maintain security documentation and training materials

## What We Are Looking For - Strong engineering background, with experience building and shipping production systems - Proven track record of building and scaling security programs - Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Typescript, Golang, etc.) - Experience with cloud infrastructure security (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) - Knowledge of security frameworks and regulations (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.) - Experience with security tools and technologies (IAM, encryption, firewalls, etc.) - Strong collaboration and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

## Nice to Have - Experience with AI-powered security tools and technologies - Knowledge of machine learning and data science concepts - Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) - Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices - Certification in security (CISSP, CEH, etc.)
