The Inside Sales Account Manager role at The RealReal is a unique opportunity for sales professionals to leverage their skills in a dynamic and remote environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

The role entails working in a fully remote, quota-driven environment, where the ability to work independently and manage time effectively is crucial. The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for delivering a high-touch client experience, managing contracts, setting pricing expectations, and maintaining disciplined pipeline execution. What You Will Do

  • Re-engage existing clients within assigned territory to drive repeat business
  • Convert marketing-generated reactivation leads into sales opportunities
  • Maintain consistent outbound cadence via phone, text, and email to build strong client relationships
  • Review contracts and set pricing expectations confidently to ensure client satisfaction
  • Deliver a reliable, white-glove remote client experience to build trust and loyalty
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and clear next steps to ensure seamless sales execution
  • Generate referrals from satisfied repeat consignors to drive new business
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and share best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the luxury market to identify new sales opportunities
  • Utilize Salesforce and Excel to manage sales data, track performance, and analyze sales trends
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge

What We Are Looking For

  • Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust and credibility with clients
  • Proficiency and comfortability using software such as G-Suite, Email, Salesforce, and CRM
  • Ability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week) and work in a remote environment
