About the Role

The Inside Sales Executive role at Turnkey Consulting is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise and sales savvy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients in the Southeast Asian market, with a focus on small and medium-sized businesses in Singapore. Your primary objective will be to position Turnkey Consulting's managed security services as a valuable solution for companies looking to enhance their IT security posture.

The role entails a significant amount of research and outreach, as you will need to identify key decision-makers within target organizations and build relationships with them. You will also be required to stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and developments in the IT security industry, including the evolution of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

As part of the Turnkey Consulting team, you will be working closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads and to provide exceptional customer service to your clients. Your performance will be measured by your ability to generate new leads, convert them into sales, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and build a pipeline of potential clients in the Southeast Asian market, with a focus on small and medium-sized businesses in Singapore
  • Research and map decision-makers within target organizations
  • Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and digital channels to introduce Turnkey Consulting's managed security services
  • Analyze market trends and maintain knowledge of IAM products, including SailPoint, Okta, and Delinea
  • Track competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales and technical teams
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and follow up on leads
  • Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, HubSpot
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline, outreach activities, and conversion metrics

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Strong understanding of IT security concepts, with exposure to IAM solutions being a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cold calling and building relationships with clients
  • Ability to research and identify decision-makers within organizations
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or IT
