## About the Role As an Inside Sales Representative at American Fidelity, you will play a crucial role in marketing and selling individual insurance products and services to customers. Your primary responsibility will be to educate customers on their section 125 plans, enroll employees in their FSA/HSA plans, and provide exceptional customer service via phone and virtual meetings. You will also work closely with the field sales team to set up appointments with potential employer customers and provide administrative sales support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone and online meeting skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. A consistent high energy level and demonstrated leadership qualities are also essential for success in this role. As a licensed health and life insurance agent, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date on industry developments and maintaining the required licenses and certifications.
