The Inside Sales Representative role at CooperSurgical is a unique opportunity to join a leading fertility and women’s healthcare company dedicated to putting time on the side of women, babies, and families. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing digital sales channels, leveraging remote work and digital skills to drive sales and revenue. This role is critical to the company’s mission, as it enables patients to experience life's beautiful moments through the provision of innovative medical devices and solutions.The Inside Sales Representative will be part of a dynamic team that supports patients throughout their lifetimes, from contraception to fertility and birth solutions, to women’s and family care, and beyond. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, the successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing clients.

What You Will Do
- Manage digital sales channels to drive sales and revenue
- Leverage remote work and digital skills to identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to identify new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales enablement tools and resources
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate value to clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry
- Strong understanding of digital sales channels and remote work technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and metrics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and current trends and technologies
- Experience with sales enablement tools and resources, such as CRM software and sales analytics platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare administration
Nice to Have
- Experience with digital sales platforms and tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or HubSpot
- Certification in sales or a related field, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation
- Experience working in a remote or virtual sales environment
- Strong understanding of assisted reproductive technology and genomic testing solutions
- Experience with data analysis and sales metrics, such as sales forecasting and pipeline management
