About the Role
The Inside Sales Representative role at Solventum is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including field sales representatives, to achieve sales goals and expand the company's presence in the market.The role entails a deep understanding of the customer's business and sales models, as well as the ability to effectively communicate the value of Solventum's products and solutions. You will be responsible for managing and influencing business growth, identifying market trends, and reacting to changes in the market to achieve favorable sales goals.
What You Will Do
- Establish and maintain customer relationships through a comprehensive understanding of the customer's business and sales models
- Drive sales growth through virtual sales, upselling, and cross-selling strategically aligned products
- Utilize detailed product and market knowledge to aid distribution partners and customers
- Achieve monthly phone and activity goals while driving sales pipeline health and exceeding sales forecasts
- Create and execute business plans to achieve annual sales forecasts
- Collaborate with field sales representatives to achieve sales goals and expand the company's presence in the market
- Identify market trends and account needs to react to market activity and reach favorable sales goals
- Share best practices with the team to promote a positive team environment
- Demonstrate a proficient level of procedural and technical product knowledge to identify products that meet customer needs
- Work to attain sales quota, sales quality, and sales productivity metrics
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and 2 years of experience in sales and/or the dental industry
- High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and/or the dental industry
- Experience with Salesforce.com (desired)
- Solution selling, listening, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a sales team environment
- Account management experience
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to stay on tasks and maintain high productivity levels while working both in the office and remotely

- Outside sales and/or inside sales experience
