## About the Role As an Inside Sales Representative at JELD-WEN, you will play a pivotal role in developing and growing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth within an assigned territory. ## What You Will Do - Proactively engage customers through outbound calls, emails, and follow-up activities to generate, qualify, and advance sales opportunities.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products, programs, and solutions to meet those needs.
  • Research, qualify, and pursue new leads while maintaining consistent engagement with existing customers.
  • Close sales, upsell products and services, and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by answering questions, providing additional information, and explaining product features and benefits.
  • Provide sales support, technical assistance, and guidance related to company products, services, and quoting systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity in CRM systems.
  • Monitor product, service, and competitive information to effectively position solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support a positive customer experience by maintaining professionalism, responsiveness, and composure in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
## What We Are Looking For - High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Minimum of 4 years of total relevant experience, which may be a combination of window or door manufacturing, production and machining, inside or outside sales, and/or customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information one on one or in small groups.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage stress and maintain composure in customer-facing situations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong phone presence and outbound calling skills.
