## About the Role As an Inside Sales Representative at Renewal by Andersen, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and customer engagement. ## What You Will Do - Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Document and track all appointments, ensuring that all customer interactions meet the company's standards - Work closely with other teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Renewal by Andersen's products and services, including window and door replacement solutions - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the industry and your relationships with customers - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, including lead generation and conversion - Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Meet or exceed sales targets, including monthly and quarterly sales goals - Participate in ongoing training and development programs, including product knowledge and sales skills training

## What We Are Looking For - Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a remote or inside sales role - High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred - Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques, including lead generation and conversion - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders - Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, including data analysis and reporting - Bilingual skills a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak multiple languages
