About the Role
The Inside Sales Representative/BDR role is a critical component of Agent's growth strategy, focusing on residential property services in the Philadelphia market. Day-to-day, this entails identifying and engaging potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and negotiation skills. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and exceptional customer service
- Utilize CRM systems and communication tools to manage sales pipeline and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective customer handover
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to continuously improve sales strategies
- Provide feedback and insights to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction

- 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Proven ability to close deals independently and work in a high-responsibility environment
- Excellent phone presence and conversational skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and communication tools
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
